guaranteed that not a lot of big OEMs are going to spend the time oc'ing a chip on water, air, nitro, etc. to see "headroom." they're going to want X processor to run at the rated speed, 24x7x365 without error. overclocking, while somewhat useful in that regard, is a needless waste of time.
