Actually I don't think this setup is all that bad, apart from the 90s, and the yucky aluminum blocks. First of all, he uses 8mm tubing which is an improvement over the 6mm crap a lot of EU guys use. Second, his rad isn't one of those insane 14 pass thingies (or does he...). FYI for those of you who can't convert metric to this nasty stuff we americans use, 8mm is almost 3/8"
EDIT: crap nevermind, he is using the nasty 6mm stuff...well at least it looks good
