Are you running all four of those sticks in your sig at those settings? Are they HYK0 or HCH9? Have you adjusted any other DRAM timings other than the ones you've listed (Slew, etc)? Would the fact that you're running X79 make a difference or shouldn't Z77 be even better for mem oc? I'll try 147tRFC but have gone from 200-400 with no appreciable difference so far.

Slews are set to auto. No other timings were adjusted. I can post screenshots of my timing screens or MemTweakIt if you like.
AFAIK, Z77 generally clocks memory better. Then again, it's really dependent on a lot of other factors.
