Well, not far. Given that Intel produces these cpu's on 450mm wafers we get just over 159.000mm^2 and that can support around 1066 150mm^2 Ivy's. However ~10%? is lost due to the wafer being circular and some being broken.
Why didn't they just make the wafer in square shape?
