Yea, I know how to manually configure this thing.
You need to open the injFX_Settings file inside the Skyrim folder using notepad. Go under Tonemap and change '#define Saturation 1.00 // use negative values for less saturation. '
On the full saturation mod, it uses 1.50, on the low saturation it uses 0.70. If you find the low saturation to be too much, then try 0.50, it removes the over saturation and keeps the original look of the game, but slightly more vibrant and bold.
I use it without sharpen or AA, and 1.0 saturation, as the saturation works a lot better without the rather horrible sharpen effect, and disabling AA lets you manually use MSAA + Transparency rather than forcing FXAA.
