I heard Ivy Bridge is compatible with 1155 but the cougar point PCH chipset of Sandy Bridge won’t support the new 22nm Ivy Bridge.
So which means we can't use 1155 SB board for IB.
Are those new Z68 board compatible with Ivy Bridge???
If not then why would they bother putting in PCI-E 3.0 slot? Since it won't run at 3.0 speed w/o IB.
Also are those have the PCI-E 3.0 controller?? If it is just PCI-E 2.0 controller with PCI-E 3.0 slot means it only run at 2.0 speed...
