I will try this tomorrow morning, I used @bios because I never had trouble in the past, I was thinking if they still offer this method, it shouldn't be so bad, and what can happen at worst I have the bios recovery. Now I've learned.

The board shut down after max 1 sec, no beep nothing, and try to boot again. The fans starts but they don't have enough time to get to there full speed before it shut down.
