Maybe ...Maybe not but I don't have boot loop anymore in over a week.

I've been using sleep=S3 only + Intel G1 and G2 now on different platforms for a looong time and never had problems. Actually now I remember when G1 came out I had sleep problem on Vista for a short time but don't remember what was the culprit. I think it was Intel AHCI driver. Maybe it's OCZ thing but I doubt that. To say on official forum SSD + sleep is a no go that's bs, someone didn't do their job.
But if works for you... that's good.
