The only 2 bios versions for the EP45T-USB3P board are F1 and F2D. I also found an F1 and F2D with updated roms but not tried them yet. Have a search and you'll find them

I've finally made the time (and space) to set up a little benching table for my USB3P and have had a little success with it. I'm currently trying out an E4600 (I know, v.poor) and have managed 3.82GHz on air (with 1.62v) which a 1M PI time of <15secs puts me in the top 20 - the DDR3 should win me some points for the 32M at least but will have definitely have to push this poor little chip a bit harder tonight - It's not hot enough yet! Currently on 11x multi 382FSb so might also go for higher fsb / lower multi to get the ram speeds up.
Question relating to CPU/NB refs for dual cores... has anyone found you have to lower the ref from 0.76 for dual cores rather than raise to 0.785+ (like what's needed for q9xxx)?

Next step will be my E7400, followed by an E8400 and maybe E8500 - this little board could give me some small advantages with DDR3 on the go. Will post some results in a day or so
