Thanks guys, pulling my hair here...
Set the overclock to MANUAL AND by PER CORE
CPU RATIO TO 45 and cpu voltage to manual @ 1.3V
DDR @ 1600
Bios say TARGET CPU SPEED 4.5ghz, yet I reboot and windows says 3.4ghz (34X100)
What am I doing wrong?
