It could be that AMD simply hasn't wasted a moment to try to fix the performance on this particular Nvidia sponsored title even if they could have, so it's a compound of Nvidia optimizing and AMD not doing anything.

And personally I wouldn't waste my time with it either. Who actually plays this game? IMO ty games that nobody plays shouldn't be included in reviews no matter how fancy graphics there might be. IMO it's just one of the games Nvidia likes to pick and "enhance" so it'll end up in these reviews in search for eyecandy.
