Attached are hIOmon stats over random 6 minute duration. I deleted a couple of files (in separate instances) from the recycle bin (a 700MB file and a file less than 1MB). I then reset hIOmon and didn’t delete anything over 6 minutes. Emptying the recycle bin generates TRIM commands, but TRIM commands are also issued by the OS, even when the drive is idling.
