now im not nearly as old as you, but ive worked my share of customer service, and know the difference between someone who has natural patience and understanding, vs someone who really dosnt care and dosnt want to deal with anything.

i use to work for comp-usa, and i had some guy call the store completely pissed off and flipping out. after a short conversation we came to a conclusion on what will be done, when he came into the store to do the swap, he had a smile on his face. there was no way i would have guessed that was the guy i was originally talking too.

trust is kinda like a bank loan, but of respect. the first one to give trust takes the risk of the loan, hoping the other person will pay it back on time.
There is another line that fits here dealing with people:
'You can always go to the gutter but once there you can't climb back out"
I may get off the phone and yell at the walls but when I'm on the phone or writing I hold my temper..
