I can accept that it may be "working just fine" for others, but of course this information doesn't mean much without knowing their usage pattern.
Regarding OpenGL 4.0, what games are using it (or will be using it) is irrelevant. Point is that tessellation through OpenGL 4.0 is broken for 58xx series even though ATI claimed it has fully working 4.0 driver back in April. Porky pies.
