    Need some help.

I'm having issues with getting my E6400 above 350FSB? My old ASUS P5K would do 8x400 daily with 1.4V and no increase to NB voltage. I've tried loosening timings on my ram, bumping core and mch voltage and it won't boot if I play with voltages at all. What am I doing wrong? I've been using ASUS boards all my life and because of this thread I chose a Gigabyte for my last 775 board. This bios is very different than what I'm used to looking at and I'm sure thats the problem.

Just a little update from me:

Board is definitely dead, won't even turn on now. And I was looking at pictures of the board, against my board and found that a capacitor was missing just under the SATAII chip.

I have a little bit of saving to do as I just bought a Single Stage Phase unit, but soon I will have a EP45T USB3P.

Still lots of fun to be had

I have a little bit of saving to do as I just bought a Single Stage Phase unit, but soon I will have a EP45T USB3P.

Still lots of fun to be had
wow that will be awesome my friend

No time to bench but tossed the E8500 in and booted at 4.56 on second try, should be fun when I get time.
    VID is 1.1

andre I still can figure out how to "take a pic" of the bios like you guys have and posted it. I know once you get a screen shoot you can upload it to imageshack and post it . Anyway I changed my settings to mirror Jsquire and it booted fine up to 425FSB. I tried 450 and it wouldn't get past the windows load screen I'm thinking this chip needs more than 1.4Vcore? What do think?
