This is pretty normal for AsRock's boards in general, I have had several AsRocks over the years (starting with the Dual Sata II), they all overvolted a smidgen when the CPU was under load....
It is not a bad thing unless you are having thermal problems (.05 is a very small amount) as the CPU under stress draws more power naturally, IMHO, it actually helps with stability under 100% load....certainly better than vdroop...
Getting the 890 and 1090 soon...
