Rebound, in bios set your CPU ref to 0.785, and MCH ref to 0.80 (whilst VTT is on 1.2). Then set your VTT to 1.34 or 1.36. It's a lot easier to do it this way, as you'll only have to remember one set of numbers in relation to default vtt.
Also check your performance level setting under the advanced memory timings section and set it to 10 for now, when you find a sweet spot, you can reduce this to 8 (or less if you're running a lower fsb). Set PLL to 1.5, this is all most Quads need, ignore the motherboard auto settings that appear in ET6, they become far too high when you overclock.
Another problem could be your TRFC which responds to being loosened a LOT with 2 more sticks, try something like 80-100 just to rule it out. If it does help, tune in on the value that allows you to boot ok, then loosen it a 2-4 more.
If you still have problems, fill out a bios template - there's plenty several pages back, just cut, paste and fill in your own values.
Hope this helps mate
I'm struggling with stability at 530 fsb, so I'll either have to head back to 500x9 or try a little harder tonight - 8k passes, but hangs the moment it hits 10k. Even if I can't completely stabilise, I'll have a good point to start benching at higher fsb. Kinda miss the MCH temp from the extreme so gonna give the software a whirl to see how it's faring at 1.62v.
