    I agree with you. This issue seems to be OS related. Vista or XP doesnīt act in this way. Just W 7 doesnīt like anything...
    So I defraged W 7 as you told me but nothing has been changed though. Chkdsk didnīt find any errors.
    Maybe itīs a running program which puts W 7 into an endless shut down loop.
