If you want tight timings get the Dominator GT 2000C8 or the 1600C6 kits, these contain Hyper chips.

You'll need to hurry though, Elpida Hyper chips are EOL.
I picked up a Patriot Viper II DDR3-2000 C8 kit from Frys locally, however those have the original J1108BASE MNH-E Hyper chips. I don't know if ALL the first Hyper chips die or just certain batches...
