Are there standard Dominators 1600C7? All I managed to see were 1600C9 crappy kits.

I was actually refering to Dominator GT. 1600C7 are not Hypers. Check the version number
on the sticks and consult IC inquiry list on Corsair's forum for details.

Yes Im referring to standard Doms, hence the TR at the front. Model is "Corsair TR3X6G1600C7D".

Same timings/clock as the 1600 GT's, but I'm hoping not the same chip.

Rated specs meaning can run 7-7-7-20 @ 1600. RMA material? Not necessary. Some 2000MHz kits are harder to run @ rated specs, 2000 9-9-9-24 (or whatever it may be) due to the fact you have to up volts, but I guess thats what you get for getting high speed ram :P
