Are there standard Dominators 1600C7? All I managed to see were 1600C9 crappy kits.

I was actually refering to Dominator GT. 1600C7 are not Hypers. Check the version number
on the sticks and consult IC inquiry list on Corsair's forum for details.

How do you mean if they run at rated specs? If they don't then they are RMA material
