Socket C32? That Socket is supposed to be for the yet to be released Opterons based on Lisbon (An slighty improved Istanbul), I don't think that AMD (Or non-overclocking friendly JF-AMD for that matter) would allow their budget and mainstream Desktop platforms to be in the same Sockets than the medium size Servers. A "New Socket" or "Socket FM1" could have suited that article better instead of wronly mentioning Socket C32.

Common sense tells us that Llano should arrive early than Bulldozer, I actually think that it could arrive even before than 2011. It makes a lot of sense that AMD debuts 32nm production with Llano because is mostly a shrink of things that we already know how they work, so they can refine the process before introducing Bulldozer, in the same way of current Intel Roadmaps strategies of "Shrink, New Architecture, Shrink, New Architecture". Bulldozer arriving before Llano makes little to no sense if you consider that.
