    There is option "Exit Setup Shut down: Mode 1" on s.1366 boards too.
    I switched from DFI cause I couldn't find long term stability for Folding@home over 4.3GHz.
    Now with Gigabyte it looks stable @ 4.4GHz. We'll see... (and try 4.5 )
    I won't sell DFI just yet, cause this GB board with "auto" options is good to learn what engineers think is needed for higher clocks and I'll try it on DFI, maybe I was missing something or doing wrong.

    And about flashing to Extreme, it looks like we'll just have to try. I don't mind doing it.
    I presume there is no problem returning to UD5 BIOS after testing?
