Hmm... After all that you said, looks like there is no need to crossflash.
My rig is doing very good right now anyway, but the ultimate test will be 2 days of folding one BIG work unit (if you know what I'm talking about).
I have a question for you guys who know:
I'm now @~4.4GHz (191x23, x20 UnCore, x18 QPI, x10 MEM), vCore set to 1.4375 in BIOS, after drop it is 1.392 (LLC Enabled) and VTT 1.44V. Trying to lower it to 1.425 vCore and 1.42 VTT.
CPU heated up to 84C last night during testing under LinX @~25C ambient (It's OK, CPU should be lapped).
Interesting thing is that I have never seen it going over 81C on DFI with voltages from 1.408 to 1.472 and was never fully stable.
What is going on?I have doubts that there is a problem with my DFI's PWMIC, that it just can't deliver enough current, so I switched to GB for testing purposes.
