    Don't wanna jump on the bandwagon but I agree with hoss, they're a little high for 24/7. VTT of 1.46 is about the absolute limit imo, but wouldn't want to run that 24/7, and vcore should be ~1.45 max with real good cooling, ideally h2o or better. I assume your CPU/NB skews and GTLs are not tuned? If so you could probably save a few volts if you tried tuning those. Otherwise I would back down a bit mate or your CPU could suffer.

    he guys Ive had a few of these blue screens over past month or so, usualy happens when computer is idle on desktop, here are a few shots of the error, do you think it has to do with my o/c? or something else

    after running intel burn test i used core temp to monitor my temps and they reached 71..is that abit too high? Iam o/cd to 4.0 on my q9650

    Going back to work on my Q9650 after months off.

    Can someone link me or let me know what pages where I can find some templates for 4.5Ghz stable on a Q9650,
    I think there were a couple of you who posted months ago a template like this (ie.radaja or andresserigio)

    ill take any templates past 4.5ghz also, not sure it will be stable after 500FSB

    EDIT: DTV Dragon: 71 is not to high...but you will find with a Q9650 you might not be able to pass P95 blend when the temp gets past 65, also IBT is gonna stress your CPU way past what you will need it for.

    yeah np...this little piece of info really helped me (temps over 65 fail P95)...some of the gurus of this thread will confirm this.

    i7 etc are the main reason, plus the fact that this board is still very popular. This is old tech to GB now, they're not even shipping the EP45-USB3 to europe, I assume due to low supply. UD5 versions aren't even going to come out

    No, glad to see that has helped you though. What I meant was more Vtt voltage (CPU Termination), raise that a bit and then you possibly will be able to lower your vcore back down a bit

    well i will still take a look at that cause it didnt give me that error all the time just like once a week the stock cpu terminiation was 1.20 and i have mine set at 1.26 so is it safe to go to the next voltage?, thanx agin for your help. always appreciated

    Yes, it is safe and with 8GB you may need more anyway, maybe 1.28-1.34. You are fine to use 1.4-1.45 if need be, but you should not need that at all.

    Keep the Vtt amount under Vcore though
