    i would guess that compared to pc gaming the 360 is close to an x1950xtx with an athlon 64 and the ps3 is about a core2 and a slow 7800 with a PPU that worked like a phsyX tech demo

    in anual comparison we are looking at about 4-7 years ago, without prerenders most 360 games are about the same as HL2or doom3

    About the only part which is similar between Xenos and R5x0 is the memory controller, but only partially since Xenos has an EDRAM chip to cover most of the bandwidth requirements rather than multiple channels (the EDRAM controller is also similar to how the Ringbus of R600 works actually).

    makes sence, but i cant think of any games that work on msaa and i cant see why everything is in 540/560p that has anything graphicly intensive if its like an r600 it should chew through textures and beable to upscale on the fly while keeping fps since it would be purpose driven code
