well, it doesnt really matter what nvidia calls them, but there probably will be 16TPC 512core cards...
im pretty sure they will come in very limited numbers though...

probably less than 280s when nvidia launched gt200, and back then the whole launch allocation for one month for taiwan was only 3 dozen cards...
sure, taiwan isnt a big country, but they were sold out within a day or two
