Your pump seems to have a boner.

    Looks good though

    Well...

    I um...

    hmm.

Well when you put it so bluntly, the pump does look reeeally happy if you know what I mean.

Anyway phallic resemblance aside I am working on how to route the leads to come out the side of the pump body, without anything interfering with the rad core.

p.s. I love that the poll is still going, gloss red is leading by a big margin if that means anything anymore

Quick updates, now with more bullets

-I replaced the DDC3.2 and with a new DDC3.25. I've also corrected the "erectile" appearance, the wires come out the back now.

-Pulled the TMS200 out of the Pinnacle build but in the end decided not to use it...

-I fired off a PM to Shoggy to exchange cash for an Aquaero and various related accoutrements, waiting for his reply to start the process.

-If I have enough time tonight I should be able to grab a few photos of the rad installation.

Curious why you decided not to use the TMS-200 this time around?

Kibbs, the way you mounted the pump and res on that rad is awesome, I wish I could think if these mad-ingenious things like you.

I love my TMS-200, even though mine went crazy after 2 weeks and wouldn't stop beeping on post. Good Ole Koolance took care of that and sent me a new one, gotta love em.

Looking forward to more screenshots Kibbler!

Gonna stop typing now, my fingers are almost raw and hurt from tightening compression fittings while I was redoing my loop

No reason other than I wanted to try something new, and that the TMS200 is too bulky and I couldn't find a good location for it in the new case.

In action I like it just fine. I've even come to grow fond of the Windows XP-era-inspired software GUI.

On the other hand I have a great place in mind for the Aquaero. Can't wait!

Thanks ohms! I went through an RMA with Koolance as well but it's been working like a champ ever since. Halfway around the world and back in a week and a half.

    Finally, some action
    Subtitle: Simply Red

Simply Red is the name of a band I remember hearing on the radio years ago, but I can't remember a single single to their name...

    Okay anyway...let's see the RED!

Btw I am tired as a monkey. I wish I had four hands, it was super difficult to align and install this whole thing with just the standard two. Not gonna lie, there were casualties...minor scuffs here and there but they are thankfully out of sight.

OMG it fits!! Believe it or not that was one of my biggest worries.

The entire cooling "module" tucks away neatly in the drive bays. I also turned it around and re-routed the pump cable to look less like a horny teenager's pants.

DDC 3.25. Gonna remove this label later.

Hmm...the focus is off but you can just make out the UN Designs rad brackets holding everything up.

Here's the drain line coming from the rad (1/4ID-3/8OD Tygon). It will be cut shorter later, I used an extra long piece just in case because it would be a huge PITA to reach the fitting after everything's installed.

Don't be fooled it's plain-jane shining silver, not pink. It's reflecting the redness all around, which is kind of a neat effect actually...

    From the front.

    Thanks for looking!

    This build is amazing!

Its also cool to see the way you have the res and pump mounted to the rad. I'm trying something similar, so an example is nice. Keep it up!

    Gorgeous, Kibbs!

Glad to see the go-go gadget module not only fits, but the way you mounted it into your drive cage makes it look like it almost "belongs" in there. The connector looks much better facing towards the fins.

Is the sticker on the pump gonna stay put?

Now, there's some ideas worth stealing Beautiful, Kibbler.

Thanks, Ohms and Kibbler, for the feedback on the TMS-200. I was debating on using it or the aquaero I had in my MtnMods build - guess I'll stick with the TMS-200.

Thanks TZ! I saw in your log what you're doing with the iandh res, it's good stuff. If you don't mind there are a couple comments I wanted to make so I'm gonna head over thatta way...

Appreciate it callen, thanks. I'm not very happy with the photos actually...tired, not enough light forcing me to shoot wide open and a lot of detail is lost in the OOF areas. Didn't tidy up the background either so I'm shooting up close. Long story short I wish I could take better photos, and I wish I had a studio (or a Batcave like Xion...)

Think what I should do is split up build and photo days. Like Monday build Tuesday shoot, etc. Be more patient, take my time with the build, take a break, then take my time with photos. But sometimes I finish something and get too excited and it's OMG HAV 2 SHOW U GUYZ THIS OMG IT FITS OMG TEH DRAIN LIEK FITS JUS NICE.

    oh well live and learn.

Capt, always appreciate your input. That sticker will go, no worries there.

Wanna know about the fit? ~1cm between top of the rad and the roof, ~2cm between the drain fitting and the floor.

Hi, thanks Raiden. Not sure what you mean by "scheme," if you mean colors then it'll be the same: Red + White (and black in some places).

Have established contact with the Shoggymeister. Various info was passed around and legal tender was exchanged.

There's a package I need to pick up from the post office. Let's just say it's white and goes on the CPU block.

    My misunderstanding.

My loop 'scheme' is bog standard I'm afraid:

    pump -> GPU -> CPU -> rad -> res

That's the plan, but it may change depending on what mobo/CPU/GPU combo meal I end up getting.

The pics of the cooling "module" in the case are amazing Kibbler.
The black and white of the pump, res, radiator and the tubing just go so well with the red of the case.
    Simply awesome mate.

Hahaha, I must have read your mind. Anyway my res is mounted with Koolance res brackets, an older revision of what's shown HERE (mounting holes instead of slots).

    Super-eeme

Spent a few minutes tonight turning this,

...Into this (turns out it's tough to capture engravings in white acetal).

Here overall lighting is worse but you can make out the engraving. Interestingly, EK went with a different font for the "Supreme HF" (compare with the 1st photo). Personally I like it better than the original italic script.

I could trace the engraved lines with some kinda enamel pen maybe...something to look into.

    Tomorrow, fans!

    Thanks for stopping by

Agreed. The font they used on the EK-Supreme Classified is the best. Pretty much looks like what you have there.

I asked Eddy before about a white acetal range, said it was in the works. Looks like you beat him to the punch.
