    I know.I have RMAed the PSU and the Motherboard. So now I am going with the GA-X58a-UD7 and a Chieftec Super Series 1200W PSU.

    Intel Core i7 920 D0 @ 4.2Ghz HT ON, Batch # 3851A237
    Gigabyte GA-EX58A-UD7
    Noctua NH-D14
    OCZ 6gb Tri-Channel 1333 CL7
    Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GTX 480
    Chieftec Super Series 1200W PSU

    Also may i ask what psu it was that faild so miserable at OVP/OCP?

    The PSU that failed so Miserable was the Seasonic M12 700W.
