Ram frequency must be exactly uncore clock / 2.
For example : if you want to run your RAM at 2Ghz, your uncore (uclk) have to run at 4Ghz....
I didn't found settings letting me running my i920 at 4Ghz uncore for the moment... But I'm running my i 920 @ 4Ghz, with my 3x2G ram at 1600Mhz, 7-7-7-20, and all is very stable, so I'm pretty happy.(Moreover, this board/cpu are made to play triple channel RAM modules.)
