did you try turning the screws the wrong way?
hehe ... not this time. Only problem was, I never put the screws for the back casing back in, so the whole innards popped off into my hand - nearly scared me to death.



Whew! Worked all day and virtually got the windows in the side panel done:








Would have taken photos of the window cutting process, but watching me clickin' in Photoshop wouldn't be too exciting. (I did say virtually... )

If only I was a skilled photoshopper, I wouldn't have to build this dang thing at all!
