GT200b = 470mm2
GF100 = (23.4*23.4) = 548mm2

it's about 17% larger in die size than the gt200 if those figures are right.

Also it's a crazy 64% bigger than the 5870 die... pair that with a wider memory bus, and larger VRAM size, it's going to be expensive
