Heh. But to be fair, if you want the details cranked up on 5xxx by 3xxx resolution for new games, you're going to need more than one 5800 or GF100 anyway.....

resolution 5760*1200 the 5970 "dual gpu" and 5870 "single gpu" perform quite well in most modern games.

good point, yeah... i hope they can fix the microstuttering problems... they managed to do it on 4870x2, didnt they?

single gpu cards still perform better than dual gpu cards in a way that fps alone cant meassure...

Yep with new driver releases micro shutter should get much less ass was the case with 4870 x2.

yes single card solution does work better but ATi has no single card solution in the same segment as the GF100 it is really odd to compare a Chevrolet Cruze to a Porsche 911?
