Damn man, that is one beautiful rig. I really don't see why more people don't mod Lian Li's V1100/2100 series. All I see are V1000/2000's... I've got a Lian Li V2100B myself. Was wondering though, how'd you go about getting those panels cut like that. I'm gonna be fitting lots of radiators in my 2100 and since it's big, it's ALL gonna be internal!

I'll be fitting a 480mm, 360mm, and a 240mm all in the lower compartment. Than I'm gonna have a 120mm rad mounted in the back 120mm (exhaust) and another one behind the ODD area.

But without any airflow, my setup will be useless. I wanna get some flames in the bottom area and a nice plexi bit exposing the insides (but not the ODD, like how you have it). That's why it's crucial for me to find someone that can cut these into size. Someone from the forums would be a plus!

EDIT: Build has changed a bit. Will be fitting a 2 560mm radiators and a single 120mm rad. Was wondering, is your window a perfect rectangle? Are the cuts perfectly straight or are they curved on the edges?

    Re-building. Re-booting.

Re-building my loop, as usual since its all apart might as well change a few things. Ordered some sleeving, and more watercooling parts. Not really planning on changing the hardware too much. Trying out a seagate Hybrid and maybe grab a new videocard.

Things that have arrived so far:
    - Sleeving from Nils @ MDPC-X (THANKS!)
    - Bitspower fittings
    - Couple more fans and AC ryan grill.
    - Seagate Momentus XT

    Waiting for:
    - iandh Reservoir
    - Masterkleer Tubing 7/16
    - couple more bitspower fittings!

Well going to do lots of work this weekend, just got pretty much all the parts I was waiting for. Without any further jabber! Pics!

Picked up an EVGA GTX 470 and ek blocks to go with:

I see it came with the high flow bracket, interesting anyhow.

EK packaging is quite nice now.

and I also picked up the EK Supreme HF to replace my messed up Supreme...
I like how it comes with a bit of MX-2 even though most people have lots of paste kicking around.

I love the iandh reservoir, the clamps seem so well made.

Thats all for now. Ill have updates this weekend with actual modding I will be doing and of course the block install!

With the weather as its been it was a good weekend to work on the case.

    View from the shop!

So started out with getting my holes done for the bitspower fill ports fittings. You might be wondering what im doing with all of them... you will see in time.

    ah-ha!

Then onto some sanding, the top bays had been painted at one time but I hadn't taken the time to do it right so they chipped a bit. So sanded them down with the rest of the panels to prep for paint.

First coat, once it dried a bit it looked really good. Just a matte black finish.

    more updates to come

Case back together using the rivets I had gotten with the sleeving!
    Turned out pretty well.

I took the crappy stock cooler off my 470 and installed the beautiful EK block:

This may just be the problem with the stock cooler, the way they apply thermal compound.

and started putting in fittings and res:

I think they use a butter knife to spread their TIM... I found TIM on a thermal pad about half a centimeter away that was obviously unintentional. I think whatever puts the TIM on tried to wipe it off with something, and did a ghastly job.
