From looking at it, I am guessing the soldering iron tip I used was a little too big as well. Just proximity seems to have made a mess of the pcb near the vmod.

I used a 25w cheapo weller and a pin for the mod.

I bridged 2, 4, and 5. This gave me a bridge on 1,2,3,4,5,and 11

All said and done, under load, I achieved 2.13v mem and 1.22v core with the mod. Idle is 2.11v mem and 1.05v core.
Good idea, using 0 ohm resistors.
To have some tenth of mV more, you can try to solder the 12 bridge too, but with the right solder.
