you see why: only bridge vacancies @ 1/2/3/4/11/12 (d14/d15/d19)
if properly bridged you get the voltage in the right neighborhood always
if you want/need a bit more voltage.. plant a diode @ d18 + bridge 9 and 10 for total of 4 diodes/8 bridges
