The DFI BIOS call this option CH1/CH2 Clock Corssing Setting. You can choose between "More aggressive, aggressive, nominal, relaxed, more relaxed".
If you want 4680T for 1200MHz what do you have to choose?

Is there setting that can give you 16383T?
