I think this is a great product and I never meant to sound like I was rubbishing it or anything. Like I said, it's great to have such options available to us.

I didn't take it like this at all. Your comments just gave me an opportunity to express more of my opinions on the subject matter. Sorry if the engineer is being superceded by a salesman right now, it's the excitement of the moment.. it'will pass
