Anytime! You could always save your current BIOS (Including profiles) with @BIOS, then flash to the new one (Using QFLASH PLEASE) and test it out. Then if you don't like it you could flash back your old BIOS and be all set again.
The new BIOSes have many added fixes, improvements, and features. I would check it out for sure, and like I said if you do don't give up on it so quickly, give yourself time to tweak settings a bit and test it out giving it a real chance.
