Tendentially, yes. Your Uncore clock will go towards 3400... However, what effects do you get at 4.4 GHz? Sudden reboots/BSOD after 30 seconds up to 2 passes or so in Linx?

Maybe also the core voltage.

As for your confusion, to sum it up: The D0 steppings usually require less voltage on the core and uncore than the older C0s like mine. But no matter which stepping, higher clocks require more voltage. The best indicator (among others) for that is usually instability.

You might also want to set your Differential Amplitude to 700 or 800 mV.
