Oh, I know that newer steppings require ess voltage, but with my 17 years of experience in building computers and overclocking, it is not every day that some voltages can be reduced that drastically without die-shrinking the whole chip. That's all.

And I am well aware of tolerances that can even add up, and the inclinations of the actual analogue signal behaviors. Overshoot, undershoot, and neccessity of delaying signals.
