No offense, but this doesn't show the real problem this card is having. You can clock the card to whatever you want, but it seems to be throttling under load and dropping the clock speeds. I don't see a log of clock speeds under load in the first set of screens. Those VDDC's at 110c are VERY scary.
my 4870 vrms went higher temps that 110c, 135 c to be exact, and it is still running. Incase you didnt see throttling would have caused the voltage and clocks speed to drop in the gpu-z, and afterburner shot. they look quite fine to me. vrms running hot isnt new.
