Overlocking Problems with the HD5970

I have been scrolling through forums where persons actually have the cards and the have no problem. As seen in the pic below. Noob reviewers got a prototype card.

No offense, but this doesn't show the real problem this card is having. You can clock the card to whatever you want, but it seems to be throttling under load and dropping the clock speeds. I don't see a log of clock speeds under load in the first set of screens. Those VDDC's at 110c are VERY scary.
