Hmm, I work for the airlines and I can get some pretty strong glycol.......I think good to -60 to -40 I believe

We use it for anti icing the aircraft,We coat the wings before takeoff to prevent ice and snow buildup. I think its 100% glycol its a bit thick, and can be mixed with water to get a more liquid substance.

Not sure about mixing it with Alcahol?
