We use it for anti icing the aircraft,We coat the wings before takeoff to prevent ice and snow buildup. I think its 100% glycol its a bit thick, and can be mixed with water to get a more liquid substance.

Not sure about mixing it with Alcahol?
I had some strange ideas..for cooling that is. I want something that won't freeze yet still can run through my water cooling setup .
