    Mate, you have to manually set the uncore multi to 16x,17x or 18x, you are on "auto" and it goes 20x on its own.
    And maybe set manually the qpi vtt voltage to 1,3 , again here if on auto goes way higher.

    edit: just noticed you are on F7 bios mate. Update to the latest from gigabyte. Must still be the F9E.
