Yeah, right. I wish.... This is a custom designed case, and as far as I know, never has physically existed, althought we are all in anticipation.

Very nice Boogerlad - you've come a long way since you first started, excellent job.

Exploded assembly shots are always fun and some different angles and/or materials are always welcomed .

I take it making these models is difficult, right?

    It looks difficult anyway.

I'd love to be able to make stuff like this, but I don't think I would be very good at it tbh, plus I wouldn't know where to start neither!!!

A good way to start is playing around with Google Sketchup for modeling and Kerkythea for rendering. Both are free to use and have plenty of a userbase for questions and support.

Been pretty busy with school and murdermod this past month, but something simple I whipped up this morning (aka 5:00am )

I Haven't been on here for a while and i have just been going through all the posts and there is allot of amazing renders and designs here. Metric did you model the knearling or is it a bump map? Awesome chrome texture and shadows.

And Mick64. I cant believe how much of that case you have modeled. It look awesome.

Thanks Jonathan, and yes the knurling is just a bump map - I tried modeling it in Solidworks, but it eats up too much memory for my liking and makes the file huge

    Loonym...You are missed.

    The element of one

    Breathe me in
    Breathe me in

I disbelieve in separation. I close my eyes to see you.
This is for you, everything I am. This is for you, take it from me.
I, I disbelieve separation. I close my eyes
    there's no escaping me
This is for you, everything I am. This is for you, take it from me.
In your heart in your soul. I perceive rejuvenation

Breathe me in. I am forever. Deep within I am eternal.

I will return to you. I am with you always. I will never turn away from you.

At the moment, the only chance of this being a reality is in the hands of Watercooling UK....
