I know a few people that can do 240+ on theirs, just mine can't. Tried playing with TRFC up to 110 or so, no change. I can run 211 with 10x dram so high dram speed/high uncore is not even a problem. I don't have to tweak them on my DFI to get to 230 either.
Can you post youre settings? pci-e, qpi voltage,ioh voltage, cpu settings, and if you disabled all onboard hw or not?

just to see if you ave something different, had 3 board here now and 2 ws revolutions but all did the 240.
