My watercooling is cpu only, and with low ambient it performs really good.
I'v had both a UD5 and this Extreme mb, both of them are capable of 222 I think. In the LinX run at 4410 I used 8 mem mp with 7-7-7-20-1, uncore at 16. VTT was set at 1.28v in bios, IOH at 1.2. The others set too stock values (not AUTO). PCI at 102 (103 works most of the time, but have'nt seen any benefit from it, and gives me trouble with slow gfx performance in w7 on some occations). Cpu clock drive is set to 800, PCI clock drive to 1000, Cpu clock skew to 650 (not really needed at 210, but helps past 220 I think), IOH clock skew also 650.

Testing stability with LinX is much faster than prime, but getting an eight hour prime blend/custom with 5k+ mem is alot harder than getting LinX to pass.
Its fun to have a good chip to play with, but in the end its your cooling that determins how far you can go for 24/7. The heat output from theese chips with ht on and full load is enough to heat up a small flat
With good cooling even a mediocre chip can run at 4.2 or something, and thats plenty fast enough. Telling the difference between 4.4 and 4.2 in a 24/7 setup isnt easy.
