I wouldn't be surprised if the drives might get some last minute tweaks as well as the fix to the password bug resolved too.

I live in Sweden and my 2*80GB G2 drives are ready for pickup tomorrow at my postoffice, ordered them during this weekend so G2 are available outside USA
